What to expect when you visit
1. We talk first
We sit down with you, look at your hair and hear what you want. You get a clear plan and a price before anything starts.
2. Your appointment
We take our time and check in as we go. You see the result in the mirror before we finish.
3. Looking after it
We show you how to style it at home and suggest products only if you need them. Come back any time if something is not right.
Before you book
Do I need a consultation before my first appointment?
You don't need one, but we recommend it for colour or a big change. It's free and takes about fifteen minutes.
How much will it cost?
Prices start from the amounts above and depend on your hair length and thickness. We always give you a price before we start.
Do you do patch tests?
Yes. We need one 48 hours before your first colour with us. Ask when you book and we will arrange it.
Can I bring a photo?
Please do. Photos help us see what you have in mind, and we will tell you honestly what will work for your hair.
What if I don't like my hair?
Tell us before you leave and we will put it right. If you notice something later, get in touch within 7 days.
