Who we are

We are Marlowe & Co, a hair salon in Poole, Dorset. You can reach us at hello@marlowe-hair.co.uk or on 01632 960 482.

What we collect

If you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address and message. If you give us your phone number or say which service you want, we collect that too. We only use these details to reply to you and arrange your appointment.

When you visit the salon, we also keep a record of your appointments, colour formulas and patch tests so we can look after your hair properly.

Hosting and visitor counting

This website is hosted by Cloudflare. To deliver the pages and keep the website secure, Cloudflare handles visitors' device addresses (IP addresses).

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a simple visitor counter. It does not use cookies and it does not follow you across other websites.

Contact form emails

When you send a message, it goes through Resend, an email service. Resend keeps a copy of the emails it sends, including what you wrote, for a limited time.

Cookies

We don't set any cookies of our own on this website. If that changes, we will update this page and ask you first where the law says we must.

Who we share your details with

We don't sell your details or pass them to anyone for marketing. We only share them with the services above that help us run the website and reply to you.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Email us at hello@marlowe-hair.co.uk and we will help.

If you are not happy with how we have handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes to this policy

We update this page whenever the way the website works changes. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
